PROCESSING & DISPATCH

All orders require 2–4 business days for processing before dispatch. Orders are processed Monday to Friday only. Orders placed during high-volume periods, such as sales or public holidays, may require additional processing time. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your tracking number, which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

ORDER & DELIVERY

 Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on your location. Please allow additional time for any delays caused due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or weather conditions outside our control. Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.

To ensure successful delivery, please provide a complete and accurate address, including any necessary special instructions and where someone will be available to receive the order. If an incorrect or incomplete address or phone number is provided, we cannot be held responsible for loss of shipment due to incorrect details provided by you.

We cannot be held liable for any delay and/or extension in delivery time caused by the carrier handling your package. We will always attempt to fast track the delivery in case of delays; however, we cannot be held liable for delays once the items have been dispatched from our facility.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@sinnsatin.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your order.
